As my mother told me, I had troubles with sleeping last year.
Instead of going to bed I asked for cartoons or playing with a ball, I didn’t sleep well and, as a fact, had freaky mornings. Then mum suggested to carry some rituals – a special set of duties, after which I should sleep better.
She made a list of these duties. Here it is:
1. To watch “Goodnight, babies!”;
2. To brush teeth;
3. To drink warm milk with honey;
4. To listen to a fairy-tale;
5. To take a Bunny and go to sleep.
At first, I didn’t understand how could it help me, because I always watched “Goodnight, babies!” anyway. After that I could play with Path for a while, but then still I went to brush my teeth…but! After a couple of days turned out that if to do all these duties one by one, you’re getting ready in advance for that all the active games will be tomorrow and now you have to go to sleep!
